Job Summary

Lead HR operational services across the employee lifecycle to deliver a seamless employee experience. Manage onboarding support, employee records, and benefits administration, including occupational health planning, onsite clinic oversight, and service reviews with providers. Coordinate immigration processes, partner with Reward on benefits programs, and produce monthly HR reporting and controls reviews while supporting integrated management systems and employee communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate onboarding support, including joiner announcements, induction sessions on benefits, and biometric enrolment on employees’ first day.
•Maintain employee records (physical and electronic) and ensure accurate HR system data, including timely offboarding from benefits schemes.
•Manage benefits administration and occupational health: implement the annual OH plan, oversee onsite clinic operations, coordinate service review meetings, and ensure compliance with OHS SOPs.
•Administer employee benefits and queries end-to-end, including monthly/quarterly/annual processes and monitoring utilisation, SLA, and statutory requirements.
•Oversee HR administration and reporting: manage immigration processes, support Reward/ESS administration, prepare HR reports and controls reviews, and help maintain integrated management systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Administration.
•Post graduate Diploma in HR (added advantage).
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members.
•Strong organisational and administrative skills.
•Working knowledge of HR systems and software, plus ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
