Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer IAM platforms (e.g., Okta) including user lifecycle workflows, access provisioning, group management, and MFA.
  • •Support SSO and SCIM integrations between IAM systems and SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion.
  • •Perform secure access provisioning/deprovisioning and help enforce least-privilege with access reviews and audits.
  • •Manage macOS endpoints via tools such as Addigy/Iru, including enrollment, compliance monitoring, troubleshooting, and offboarding device recovery.
  • •Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for identity, SaaS access, and macOS endpoints, and build low-code/no-code automations to reduce manual effort.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles.
  • •Provide Tier 1–2 IT support in a SaaS-heavy environment.
  • •Strong understanding of identity and access management fundamentals (SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC).
  • •Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta or Azure AD (or similar).
  • •Comfort reading and modifying scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, plus strong written communication and documentation skills.
