Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and assign maintenance work for all team members using MP2 CMMS to ensure efficient execution of routine, planned, and emergency repairs.
  • •Prepare and deliver team member performance reviews, create individualized development plans, and facilitate training with site leadership.
  • •Audit team members for adherence to Safe Work Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and training instructions.
  • •Lead root-cause and preventative actions for safety and quality issues, supporting 5-S, housekeeping, ELS projects, and recycling programs.
  • •Participate in restore flow efforts with hands-on diagnosis of equipment and process issues to optimize production efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of maintenance planning experience and 2 years in maintenance management or supervision; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Proven experience using MP2 CMMS for planning and work order assignment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented focus to follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Demonstrated commitment to safety, including enforcing safety practices, policies, and procedures.
  • •Ability to lead continuous improvement/Lean initiatives and perform physical requirements including lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
