Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute key financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the T&O business to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Lead monthly and quarterly close, reporting, forecasting, and planning cycles to ensure accurate, timely financial insights.
  • •Oversee preparation and submission of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial deliverables, including business reviews and board-level materials.
  • •Provide strategic leadership to the FP&A function by setting priorities, developing team capabilities, and building a high-performance culture.
  • •Drive continuous improvement to enhance and automate financial reporting and planning processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Accounting or Finance.
  • •10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in Finance/FP&A roles.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid oral and written communication.
  • •Experience leading and developing a high-functioning team.
  • •Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Hyperion EPM and HFM; AI tools, Power BI and/or Alteryx experience is a plus.
