Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead estimation and negotiation of change orders throughout the construction lifecycle and produce the final cost plan.
  • •Collaborate with design services and the general contractor to develop and update cost estimates through design milestones.
  • •Reconcile changes and ensure contractor data accuracy while preparing written feedback to submissions (including executive summaries).
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract cost variances, change control processes, contingency management, and commitment tracking.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, support funding presentations and value engineering sessions, and help finalize negotiations of final accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Ability and willingness to work onsite as required by the client and be based within commuting distance of the project location (or open to relocation).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large, medium-to-high complexity projects, preferably including data center or mission-critical facilities.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it, with strong communication skills.
