Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for golf club members and guests by following Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring key golf operations areas are presented well. Prepare and maintain the driving range, short game area, bag drop/storage, cartwell, and golf carts; support guests with transportation of bags and assignment to range bays. Manage guest expectations (e.g., lateness and no-shows), support program KPIs, maintain range balls, and comply with dress standards and delegated tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Present and prepare the driving range, short game area, members range, golf carts, bag drop, bag storage, and cartwell.
•Maintain a smart and professional appearance by adhering to company dress standards.
•Manage member and guest expectations regarding lateness, no-shows, squeeze-in tee times, and special requirements.
•Achieve outstanding 59Club results through the Mystery Shopper program.
•Diligently follow Standard Operating Procedures and ensure equipment/security after duty hours.

Key Requirements

•Grade VIII and above.
•Understand golf and support club operations for members and guests.
•Good command of the English language.
•Be friendly and a team player with ability to interact with customers.
•Must be able to lift/carry 30kg at any given time.
