Job Summary

Work on TI’s FPDLink systems by researching and defining new products, analyzing end-equipment trends across automotive, industrial, consumer, and computing markets, and supporting product ramp-ups. Key Responsibilities

•Research and create new product definitions, including business cases, product strategies, and taking products to RTM.
•Analyze end-equipment to identify performance improvement opportunities and future trends.
•Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers.
•Serve as technical expert for customer product ramp-up and provide application support for new and existing products.
•Troubleshoot customer application issues using lab testing, schematic analysis, and other methods; create supporting technical literature.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
•More than 3 years of relevant experience.
•Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs and their application.
•Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins with system solutions.
•Familiarity with lab equipment and system-level circuit modeling with ADS and Matlab (or EDA tools and SPICE, plus Matlab).
