Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end analysis for an assigned GTM domain (Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, among others).
  • •Translate ambiguous business questions into a clear analytical plan and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • •Self-serve to pull, transform, and visualize data using SQL, dbt, and Looker/Omni/Sigma.
  • •Investigate root causes behind metric shifts and maintain and troubleshoot dashboards and reports within the domain.
  • •Document analytical logic and definitions, mentor Level 2 analysts, and use Claude/AI tools to accelerate query development.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience working with GTM teams.
  • •Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions, including opportunity stages, pipeline progression, and SFDC object structure.
  • •Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Looker (or similar BI tools such as Sigma or Omni).
  • •Ability to self-serve on getting, analyzing, and visualizing data, and to build and maintain dashboards.
  • •Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to support analysis.
