Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute the marketing strategy for Databricks AI products and pilots across Agent Bricks and core ML offerings.
  • •Create and land collaterals for sales, partner, and demand generation channels, including content campaigns and events.
  • •Develop an always-on go-to-market plan to win AI mindshare, drive pipeline, and accelerate product adoption.
  • •Partner closely with product and engineering to launch new products and scale global reach via field marketing, industry events, and partner organizations.
  • •Translate product innovations into compelling narratives and customer stories while enabling sales through effective content and campaigns.

Salary: USD 189,600 - 325,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technical product marketing experience in an enterprise software company
  • •Experience with AI/ machine learning technologies
  • •Strong understanding of AI decision makers and builders (developers, ML engineers), and experience in building relevant content for them
  • •Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials and always-on GTM with proven results across the marketing funnel
  • •Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements
