Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit agents, dealers, suppliers, and inspect vehicles to review procedural lapses, training issues, and damage extent.
  • •Identify regional coverage gaps and coordinate with the Regional Manager to appoint or terminate service providers as needed.
  • •Ensure all new service providers meet contractual requirements (compliance equipment, insurance, appearance, and professional competence) before joining the network.
  • •Analyze network suppliers’ KPIs, identify poor performance, and create performance improvement plans.
  • •Update and maintain network activity in the Assistance IT platform and support Mystery Shop, Network Training days, trade shows, and complaint investigations.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English) and hold City & Guilds/BTEC Motor Vehicle Engineering, NVQ in Automotive Studies, or equivalent.
  • •Proven managerial background in an operational environment (field or office-based).
  • •Strong contract management skills.
  • •Knowledge of UK Recovery Network operational processes, systems, and industry legislation.
  • •Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
