Job Summary

Lead a centralized AI capability delivery engineering organization, owning application engineering, data engineering, full-stack delivery, and platform integration. Set architecture direction, engineering quality bar, and release readiness for production AI capabilities, while driving delivery execution, sprint cadence, blocker resolution, and continuous process improvement. Build and scale teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and culture investment, partnering closely with product, security, QA, data, and enablement leadership to ship enterprise-grade AI fast and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide executive leadership across all engineering teams and workstreams within the centralized AI delivery organization.
•Define technical direction, architecture standards, engineering quality bar, and release readiness expectations for application, data, full-stack, and platform engineering.
•Drive delivery execution through sprint cadences, delivery blocker resolution, accountability enforcement, and committed timeline shipping.
•Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
•Own the engineering operating model (team structure, delivery ceremonies, technical governance, code review standards, CI/CD, observability, and release controls) and align delivery with product and security leadership.

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•20+ years of experience in financial services, government, large consulting firms, or equivalent, focused on information security risk management.
•15+ years prior management experience with a track record of team development and process improvements.
•15+ years of experience leading issue management and resolution of financial regulatory and internal risk partner findings.
•Extensive cybersecurity expertise across areas such as encryption, data/application security, IAM, network security, and cloud security; deep knowledge of NIST/ISO 27001 and financial regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX, GLBA).
