Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage and resolve escalated billing support tickets (invoicing discrepancies, collections issues, and taxation inquiries), and serve as second-line support for customer bug reports.
  • •Develop automation tooling to reduce operational cost and improve time-to-resolution for first-level support requests.
  • •Own core billing platform operations including credits, discounts, promotions, commitment deals, SaaS Marketplace vendor ledgers, refunds/write-offs, and month-close compliance reporting.
  • •Design and maintain automation tooling to improve internal billing and customer management operational efficiency, including revenue assurance tooling and synthetic testing to detect revenue leaks.
  • •Collaborate with architecture and cloud operations to improve platform stability, support operational aspects of product launches, and update documentation/processes for the platform and control plane.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Go; Ruby experience is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and complex multi-service deployments.
  • •Experience with technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, Kafka, MySQL, and Redis.
  • •Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python and Shell scripting).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
