Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales and meet financial goals for the leather goods categories.
  • •Analyze sales and inventory on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and make growth recommendations.
  • •Identify risks and opportunities in the assortment using sales performance, consumer feedback, and competitive insight.
  • •Partner with Global Merch, Planning, Supply Ops, Ecommerce, and cross-functional teams to manage open-to-buy, markdown/promotions, SKU plans, and omni-channel initiatives.
  • •Manage the SKU plan and lead milestone presentations to leadership while developing an Assistant Buyer to deliver against commitments.
