Process Engineer

Own execution of customer ETO rotary orders and drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate both team performance and project outcomes. Ensure requirements are met throughout the customer order lifecycle by partnering with Project Management, Design Engineering, and Operations/Manufacturing for cross-functional delivery. Lead technical discussions with customers, vendors, and packagers, manage customer communications, and participate in reviews of specifications, designs, and standards.
