Substation Design Engineer

Design and support projects for new and existing distribution, sub-transmission, and customer substations, covering engineering solutions, cost estimates, schedules, and preliminary design. Produce and evaluate material and construction specifications, coordinate drawing preparation, and run cost/benefit analyses. Own project cost and scheduling while coordinating with real estate, purchasing, drafting, construction, operations, and standards development, including consulting with other groups and external engineering firms. Minimal travel required.
