Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and manage the safe, efficient execution of directional drilling operations from a ROC for multiple rigs.
•Provide real-time advice and decision support for drilling operations, including troubleshooting and re-planning.
•Monitor the operational readiness of remote directional drilling systems and tools (MWD/LWD, Rotary Steerable).
•Collaborate with rig-site representatives and drilling crews to coordinate and optimize operations using advanced communication systems.
•Conduct post-drilling evaluations to identify lessons learned and apply improvements to future operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or ROC Prof-LWD, Genl related occupation.
•Experience with Directional Drilling, MLWD, Remote Operations, and Rotary Steerable Systems to model and calculate a well path using Realtime data.
•Experience with Remote Rig Control systems to control rig operations.
•Experience in Deepwater Directional Drilling Operations and Floating Rig Operations to execute offshore drilling programs under complex environments.
•Experience with GeoSteering Operations to monitor and guide wellbore placement in real time using formation evaluation data, gamma ray, resistivity, and other LWD tools.
