Job Summary

Coordinate and strengthen the 5S program for the EVV Evansville Airport Warehouse. Provide training and coaching to 5S team volunteers, ensure Rapid Response Projects follow procedure and deadlines, run weekly audits and monthly metrics, and host recurring 5S meetings. Partner with the Plant Manager and EVV departments to standardize 5S practices, maintain GMP/HACCP audits, and support risk assessments, work instructions, and document control aligned to ISO 9001:2015, IMS, and SQF standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide training and coaching to 5S team volunteers.
•Ensure Rapid Response Projects are completed on time and per procedure.
•Host monthly meetings with the 5S team volunteers and provide monthly report outs for Rapid Response Projects.
•Conduct weekly audits of 5S boards and LSW; maintain and distribute monthly 5S metrics.
•Coordinate 5S activities with other EVV departments, maintain standardization across departments, and support shop floor projects as appropriate.
