Hatchery Manager - 1st Shift - Eufaula, AL

Lead day-to-day hatchery operations to maintain an excellent hatching environment while ensuring cost-effective performance. You’ll plan special projects, work with Quality Control on proper procedures and cleaning, and track hatchery mechanical performance with preventative maintenance. Manage and train team members alongside hen growers, breeder technicians, and broiler growers to ensure high-quality eggs and ideal chick conditions. Oversee egg fumigation, incubator care, and chick delivery coordination.
