Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage planning, engineering, development, testing, and implementation of hardware and software enhancements and maintenance for real-time SCADA and control/monitoring systems.
  • •Coordinate RTU and PLC project execution, programming, and commissioning to ensure standardization, reliability, safety, and security.
  • •Research, develop, recommend, implement, and monitor OT design and infrastructure policies; review and approve network/system documentation and manage compliance, including software patch management and hardware maintenance.
  • •Maintain provider relationships to direct optimum design, installation, and maintenance across control, communications, network, and cybersecurity technologies.
  • •Recruit, develop, train, and manage a diverse staff; evaluate and appraise performance and provide feedback for development and career planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 7 years of SCADA programming and systems development experience (or equivalent).
  • •Exceptional verbal communication and excellent writing skills for internal and external audiences.
  • •Advanced computer skills for personal computer and special applications used in the SCADA environment.
  • •Ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and simple statistical methods.
  • •Successful candidates must obtain and maintain TSA/KTN clearance for a TSA-regulated facility.
