Key Responsibilities

•Develop Surrogate Models to accelerate structural simulations.
•Implement Hybrid Modelling (physics+data) and Scientific Machine Learning techniques.
•Explore and apply Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) workflows.
•Utilize Computer Vision and AI techniques for automated CAD/mesh quality inspection.
•Engage in data engineering and knowledge graph creation from unstructured legacy documents to preserve and utilize engineering know-how.
•Ensure rigorous Verification, Validation, and Uncertainty Quantification (VVUQ) of AI/ML solutions deployed within the Airframe perimeter.

Key Requirements

•Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Thermal or Data Science related streams with minimum of 5+ years of Data Science related experience.
•5+ years of data science experience in aerospace/structural engineering context.
•Strong machine learning and deep learning code development and deployment experience.
•Expertise in surrogate modelling, hybrid modelling (physics+data), and scientific machine learning.
•Experience with computer vision for CAD/mesh inspection and NLP/generative AI (knowledge graphs, semantic reasoning, unstructured data extraction).
