Job Summary

Lead finance transformation projects centered on SAP S/4HANA Finance, managing (sub-)projects end to end and advising customers on transformation strategy. You will design finance operating models, process concepts, and roadmaps for digital finance, applying SAP best practices and compliance requirements. The role also includes identifying finance and tax process optimizations and supporting presales with solution and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently lead (sub-)projects in the area of Finance Transformation and S/4HANA Finance.
•Consult national and international customers on conception, planning, and realization of transformation strategies.
•Develop tailored finance operating models, process designs, and roadmaps for the digital future.
•Apply best practices, SAP standards, and compliance requirements during solution development.
•Identify and implement process optimizations in finance and tax functions, and support presales for offers and portfolio evolution.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of experience in SAP Finance consulting, ideally in a consulting firm or external customer projects.
•Negotiation-level German (at least C1) and very good English for communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
•Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP ERP Finance.
•Experience with template design, rollouts, and global transformations.
•Degree in business/economics, (business) informatics, or industrial engineering, plus strong communication skills.
