Lead QHSE compliance for offshore wind EA3 O&M, developing and operating the QHSE Management System across onshore and offshore activities. Manage contractor assurance, audits, incident investigations, risk controls, and regulatory liaison to maintain UK health, safety, and environmental standards while driving continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture across all project locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure ongoing compliance with O&M Health & Safety, Environmental Emergency Response Plans, and site-specific safety systems; provide specialist input throughout planning and O&M activities across SPV project sites.
•Drive a proactive safety culture by challenging practices, coordinating safety leadership programs, and facilitating knowledge sharing with internal teams, contractors, and supply chain.
•Provide expert QHSE support to project O&M teams; plan and execute audits, inspections, and incident investigations; ensure hazards are identified, risks mitigated, and corrective actions closed out; monitor contractor QHSE performance.
•Provide regular reporting on project QHSE performance; support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure robust resource planning and deployment to maintain high safety standards across all locations.
•Oversee environmental, health and safety scope across GOFSW SPV project sites; lead development and implementation of QHSE plans, emergency strategies, and site-specific safety systems; coordinate stakeholders to drive best practice and a proactive safety culture.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a H&S discipline or closely related field (electric engineering background advantageous)
•NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma, or equivalent Level 6 qualification (desirable)
•BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS – Required for offshore survival and emergency response
•OGUK Offshore Medical Certificate – Valid and up to date
•CDM 2015 Awareness/Training – Understanding of UK Construction (Design and Management) Regulations
