Machine Learning Scientist 4/5 - Generative Models

Design and develop ML solutions for Netflix’s Promotional Assets & Creative Technology team, defining algorithmic strategies that improve how titles are promoted and discovered. Own end-to-end ML development (research, training, evaluation) and run rigorous experiments with strong statistical validation. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to integrate models into business platforms, advance NLP generation and LLM post-training approaches, and continually track field progress to enhance member experiences.
