Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Transformation and Automation subject matter expert to make Financial Accounting “Future Ready,” driving solution architecture and delivery across partner teams.
  • •Independently develop and deliver work packets for internal process and business teams, external vendors, and delivery partners for cloud/automation-related deliverables.
  • •Identify standardization, simplification, and improvement opportunities within Financial Accounting and PAN HSBC initiatives.
  • •Conduct end-to-end process mapping and business analysis, preparing process maps in tools like Casewise/Visio/ARIS and documenting project artifacts per Change Framework.
  • •Lead agile ways of working by running Scrum ceremonies and artefacts (e.g., daily stand-ups) and maintaining Kanban artifacts such as requirements backlogs and burn-down charts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process re-engineering, automation, or data science.
  • •Ability to analyze Financial Accounting data and reports and lead discussions to optimize business processes.
  • •Design-led thinking to develop class-leading solutions using existing or new technologies.
  • •Advanced project management knowledge, including mapping to Change Framework and certification in project management or Agile.
  • •Advanced end-to-end knowledge of automation/workflow/visualization tools and at least one process-modelling/mapping tool (e.g., Casewise/BPMN).
