Operations Manager - 2nd Shift

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana Inspection Center, overseeing vehicle reconditioning and directing a team of leads and front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead continuous improvement and maintain a culture of high engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. You’ll manage recruiting, coaching, training, progression/certification processes, production capacity planning, and compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
