Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand Fronius equipment configurations and installation processes, and troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair welding equipment in the field.
  • •Evaluate client needs for upgrades or upsells and support sales representatives with system configuration for customer requirements.
  • •Independently work with customers and prospects onsite, providing product guidance and addressing installation and usability issues.
  • •Perform welding system hardware and software installation and integration for manual and robotic equipment.
  • •Lead or support demonstrations, proposals, training events, trade fair participation, and modification/further development initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • •Experience in the field and/or Electrical Technology/Engineering.

  • •Ability to work independently and/or remotely, and as part of a team as needed.
  • •Problem-solving ability and experience troubleshooting/evaluating welding equipment (welding and robotic knowledge is a plus).
