Sr. Merchant Business Advisor

Serve as a trusted advisor on the Core Business Banking merchant services team, driving growth of client relationships for payment and card processing needs. Prospect and acquire new merchant services relationships in an assigned territory through external sources and referrals, consult businesses to identify the right payment solutions, and present merchant payment processing (credit, ACH, check, gift cards) along with related hardware/software. Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal resources to meet broader banking needs.
