SCC Day Shift Operator

Monitor fire, life safety, intrusion, and asset-protection alarms from the Security Control Center, coordinate responses with internal teams and outside agencies, and dispatch security services. Use incident notification tools to escalate emergencies, document actions clearly, and communicate findings to appropriate parties. Maintain alarm equipment and assist users and technicians with system testing, while operating computer systems and required software packages in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations.
