Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform necessary maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
  • •Accomplish daily assignments as scheduled and as directed, including on-site service and repair of equipment.
  • •Meet at least 70% of Estimated Repair Times.
  • •Collaborate with other departments and follow standard OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices on all work assignments.
  • •Manage waste generated from work and complete the First Solar Maintenance Technician 1 training program.
