Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard restaurants and create menus with accurate descriptions, pricing, and dish-level photos in line with SOP guidelines.
  • •Process and update restaurant menu change requests within defined SLA.
  • •Manage menu-related projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • •Communicate with and guide restaurant partners throughout the onboarding process on the foodpanda platform.
  • •Conduct regular quality checks to ensure menu accuracy and strong operational performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (including common formulas).
  • •Comfort using AI tools and being tech-savvy.
  • •Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools is preferred.
