Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery team’s priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies aligned to product vision.
  • •Align with product managers to articulate product strategy and translate product vision into epics and features.
  • •Author and maintain the team backlog of user stories; act as a subject matter expert on product capabilities and acceptance criteria.
  • •Triages critical issues and coordinate business validation to ensure solutions meet needs and “definition of done.”
  • •Manage execution through release documentation, risk management, and support of security, risk, and audit procedures in partnership with product management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, design, or technology field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •5+ years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience.
  • •3+ years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience, including defining and delivering digital business initiatives on a product roadmap.
  • •3+ years leading cross-functional teams and leading execution without formal authority.
  • •Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical actions and lead autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
