Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years experience as a leader of people.
  • •Minimum 10 years of combined leadership experience across commercial marketing and offer/product management, including developing a go-to-market strategic plan in the power connections space.
  • •Experience partnering with key functions such as sales, customer experience management, engineering, program management, supply chain, and operations.
  • •Direct experience working with global centers of excellence across multiple business channels to enhance and flex engineering capacity.
