Job Summary

Perform service and maintenance for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, including oil changes, tyre services, brake replacement, basic diagnostics, and air-conditioning re-gas. Complete repair order documentation, provide repair estimations to customers, and use Intelligent Testers and scan tools for electronic inspections. Ensure first-time fixes through proper troubleshooting, final inspection and quality testing while maintaining safe, organized workshop and tool standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct repairs and maintenance for passenger car and light commercial vehicles.
•Complete and maintain check sheets and vehicle write-ups on the repair order.
•Report additional work required after completing an EVHC and provide repair/service estimations to customers.
•Use diagnostic technology to perform basic diagnostic checks and electronic inspections.
•Maintain tools/equipment and workshop health, safety, and housekeeping standards; perform final inspection and quality testing to avoid repeat repairs.

Key Requirements

•Trade Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
•Proven technical expertise in independent servicing, repairs, and component replacement.
•Basic diagnostic skills for mechanical and electronic faults.
•Experience in a multi-brand automotive service center is required.
•At least 5 years of experience servicing car and light commercial vehicles (LCV).
