Job Summary

Drive customer success in the ASEAN region by delivering technical expertise across Ciena’s packet-optical and networking solutions. Lead technical engagement throughout the sales cycle—aligning requirements during pre-sales, designing architectural solutions, creating RFx responses and solution costing, and validating outcomes through demos, trials, and proof of concepts. Serve as the primary technical interface for customers and collaborate with regional and global sales and partner teams to execute opportunities and evaluate technology alternatives.

•Ability to travel, estimated at 25%.
