2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Oversee daily operations for the catalog assembly production area, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality performance. Maintain area performance by resolving issues at the right level or escalating them on time, managing change points and process updates, and leading problem-solving for recurring or complex problems. Coach and audit teams on process, safety, and quality requirements, drive operational improvements, and ensure Leader Standard Work, Daily Management Excellence (DME), corrective actions, and SQDIP performance are sustained.
