•Identify and engage passive candidates using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche technical communities.
•Continuously improve sourcing processes and tools to increase efficiency and hiring funnel effectiveness.
•Support talent acquisition projects such as virtual hiring events, market intelligence reports, and diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.

Salary: USD 30 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (in-house or agency).
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to craft compelling outreach for a technical audience.
•Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and/or technical forums and social media.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and pipelines effectively.
•Experience or familiarity hiring for Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science is preferred.
