Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently process high-dollar securities processing transactions and handle securities processing tasks of higher risk.
  • •Review daily house/DDA accounts and asset position reconciliations, researching and resolving items to prevent aged items.
  • •Investigate and resolve questions from internal and external parties, serving as a first-line contact for operational issues and communicating resolutions.
  • •Coordinate with counterparties, depositories, and vendors to follow up on outstanding settlement issues and report/research fails.
  • •Support special projects and process testing, perform quality checks, and act as backup in the department manager’s absence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •3–5 years of operations experience in the securities clearance industry.
  • •Experience with trust/securities processing and/or banking back-office operations processes.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with internal and external clients.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and aptitude for learning additional business-specific software.
