Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including screw, scroll, and centrifugal systems.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in chiller and HVAC systems.
  • •Conduct chiller start-up, commissioning, performance testing, and system optimization.
  • •Manage site execution for data center HVAC projects, including planning, installation oversight, and coordination with contractors and OEM teams.
  • •Maintain detailed service reports, performance logs, and documentation; provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians; submit root-cause analysis and 8D reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • •5–10 years of hands-on experience servicing air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, preferably for data centers.
  • •Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and BMS/EMS integration with cooling redundancy concepts.
  • •Experience executing projects, including installation supervision and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
