Legal Adviser

Advise management and employees on regulatory requirements and internal policies, and draft and coordinate contracts, agreements, and annexes. Provide legal opinions and counsel for commercial transactions, support public procurement participation, and handle litigation activities, including recourse claim collection and lawsuits against debtors. Work within the Legal & Compliance function at Allianz Bulgaria in a hybrid setup and use modern tools like Generative AI to support legal work.
