Job Summary

Build and scale enterprise AI capabilities for HSBC’s Front to Back Technology team, translating requirements into production-ready LLM and agentic workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement agentic workflows, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and autonomous task execution pipelines.
•Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM harness engineering techniques to build reliable, production-grade AI capabilities.
•Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems integrated with enterprise data sources.
•Evaluate, select, and integrate agentic frameworks (e.g., Spring AI, Google ADK, Flowable, Camunda, n8n) to meet business requirements.
•Own the design-to-delivery lifecycle for scalable AI solutions and collaborate with product, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders, supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions in a professional or enterprise context.
•Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM harness/chain design.
•Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector store integration.
•Experience designing and delivering agentic AI workflows, including agent orchestration and tool/function calling.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals (Java, Python, or equivalent) with experience in API design and integration.
