Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans for assigned FMS IT and cybersecurity projects, including scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • •Manage projects across requirements, design, procurement, integration, implementation, testing, fielding, training, acceptance, and transition to sustainment.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, U.S. Government stakeholders, and international customers.
  • •Monitor project performance, identify risks/issues, develop mitigation/corrective actions, and provide timely project status reporting to program leadership and customers.
  • •Coordinate execution of vendor/subcontractor activities and manage schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and performance against approved baselines.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 6-9 years of relevant project/program management experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •Minimum 6 years of project/program management experience supporting complex technical, defense, international, or government programs.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs with coordination across U.S. Government stakeholders, international partners, contractors, and/or OEMs.
  • •Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, export-control requirements, and related international shipment or technology-transfer processes.
  • •PMP certification and ability/willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.
