Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and/or revise DFR deliverables including reliability goal setting, reliability predictions, FMEA, accelerated life test, reliability demonstration test, reliability growth analysis, and FRACAS for NPIs and product improvements.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional and global reliability teams to design reliability into NPI programs and VAVE projects, identifying and mitigating reliability risks under supervision of senior engineers.
  • •Plan project milestones, execute milestones, run deliverable reviews, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • •Support warranty monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Develop actuarial model libraries for eMobility components.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • •Master’s degree in Reliability Engineering (preferred).
  • •0–1 years of experience in reliability analysis, including FMEA/FTA/8D/FRACAS and life modeling with field/warranty data.
  • •Experience using or working with reliability analysis tool suites such as Minitab or Reliasoft (preferred).
  • •Work experience in electrical/electronics systems (preferably power electronics, power systems, battery, inverters, protection circuits) and safety/reliability assessment of E/E systems (preferred).
