Job Summary

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers in the Civil Infrastructure sector. Drive long-term customer success through proactive technical guidance, technical health assessments, and priority issue management. Partner with Customer Success Managers and Technical Adoption Specialists to execute success plans, optimize Autodesk desktop and cloud deployments, and advocate for customer needs across Support, Product, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
•Establish and maintain customer relationships through proactive technical engagement and strategic guidance.
•Identify technical risks and recommend best practices to improve solution performance and operational health.
•Conduct proactive technical engagement via support case reviews and technical health assessments aligned to customer business objectives.
•Manage priority technical issues, coordinate escalations, and partner with internal teams to improve technical outcomes and customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,000 - 136,730 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Civil Infrastructure, Surveying, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline.
•5+ years implementing, supporting, or consulting on Autodesk Civil Infrastructure solutions (including Civil 3D) in enterprise environments.
•Deep understanding of civil infrastructure design workflows and data interoperability across transportation, land development, utilities, water, or related projects.
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise environments.
•Ability to present technical information to technical and business audiences and manage multiple customer engagements.
