Job Summary

Own quota and capacity planning analytics for global operating units by analyzing large datasets, reports, and dashboards. Build and run data reporting, auditing, and modeling projects that deliver insights for regional Quota Business Partners and Sales Strategy stakeholders. Partner with the Global PMO to deliver annual planning deliverables accurately and on time, and create maintainable dashboards and scheduled audits of quota submissions for internal process rigor.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze large global datasets, reports, and dashboards with cross-functional teams to provide insights to leadership stakeholders.
•Develop and own data reporting, auditing projects, and models to drive insights for regional Quota Business Partners and Sales Strategy stakeholders.
•Collaborate with the Global PMO to deliver annual planning program deliverables on time with high accuracy.
•Create and maintain global dashboards and reports to support quota operational rigor, efficiency, and optimization.
•Prepare scheduled audits and reviews of quota submissions and present findings to internal auditors and process owners.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance with business analysis and insights.
•B.S. in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Finance, or Engineering.
•Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, SQL databases, Tableau, Anaplan, and Salesforce.com.
•Power user proficiency in Excel and Tableau, with the ability to communicate insights via PowerPoint/Google Slides.
•Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies, and sales territory alignment.
