Key Responsibilities

  • •Supports the development and review of business cases and project plans to ensure alignment with financial and operational requirements.
  • •Leads or supports the implementation of projects that drive business change within a function or business area, delivering defined objectives using assigned resources and within timeframes typically up to one year.
  • •Contributes to project portfolios supporting operational change, typically involving initiatives with medium-term time horizons.
  • •Provides guidance and advisory support to colleagues to promote understanding of, and adherence to, company risk and compliance processes.
  • •Analyzes information from multiple data sources to identify trends, impacts, and considerations affecting the success of business change initiatives.

Key Requirements
