Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects, from initial concept through final implementation and handover to operations. Serve as a single point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, managing escalations, and delivering an as-sold solution within baseline budget, timeline, and quality criteria. Own rigorous scope control, change management, risk/issues documentation, clear stakeholder communications, and support pre-sales scoping and proposal work.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects, interfacing with stakeholders from concept through implementation and handover to operations.
•Ensure delivery of an as-sold solution within baselined budget and on-time delivery while maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
•Manage project scope control and change management, including documentation and management of risks and issues.
•Act as a single point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders and managing escalations.
•Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost solutions, including proposals and client presentations; identify opportunities through business conversations.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned project management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, and manage client satisfaction and escalations.
•Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
•Strong commercial/business acumen and influencing skills, with decisive attention to detail.
•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management; relevant certifications preferably PMP required (ITIL beneficial).
