Job Summary

Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes while delivering peace-of-mind customer service. Train on industry-leading products, manage inventory and company assets, and explain system capabilities and operating instructions. Convert service and installation appointments into leads, revenue, and additional product/service opportunities. Complete routine maintenance and inventory tasks, while maintaining a strong safety culture during every home visit.

Key Responsibilities

•Earn piece-rate pay and benefit from an unlimited commission plan.
•Become an expert on smart home technology through product training.
•Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
•Manage inventory and company products and equipment.
•Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers and convert appointments into leads and revenue.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180 - 350

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
•Ability to successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
•Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
•Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
•Ability to climb ladders (up to 14 feet) and work in confined spaces (e.g., attics).
