Job Summary

Lead irrigation sales in an assigned territory by managing sales teams and service technicians to hit regional sales and profit goals. Represent the Green Tech product line to end users, generate new construction and retrofit opportunities, and support architects and designers through “Lunch and Learn” sessions and job walks. Own Salesforce pipeline performance, conduct site surveys, provide product training, and build proposals and quotes for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership to sales teams and service technicians to achieve regional sales and profit goals in the assigned territory.
•Represent SiteOne Green Tech and its irrigation products to end users and at local, regional, and national tradeshows.
•Hunt new construction and retrofit opportunities, including presenting in “Lunch and Learn” sessions and conducting job walks with public agencies and contractor customers.
•Maintain the Salesforce pipeline, schedule weekly territory plans, and provide quotes, sales proposals, specifications, quotations, and submittals.
•Perform radio and cellular site surveys, conduct pre-construction meetings, and deliver product training to end users.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•4+ years outside sales and specification experience in the irrigation industry.

•CIT or CIC certification through the Irrigation Association (or ability to meet the requirement).
