Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete floor maintenance duties including stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of multiple floor types.
  • •Operate floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize flooring and upholstery materials.
  • •Travel to facilities within a designated route/radius and maintain floors and upholstery at assigned locations.
  • •Perform additional cleaning tasks and special projects when Janitorial staff coverage is needed (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, vents, restrooms).
  • •Close out work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System using cellphone, iPad, or computer access; maintain inventory and assigned vehicle/electronics.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in floor cleaning/maintenance.
  • •Perform normal cleaning tasks and special projects when janitorial coverage is needed (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, vents, restroom cleaning).
  • •Proven customer service experience with pleasant, professional communication.
  • •Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing.
  • •Valid Driver’s License required and ability to travel as required; lift up to 50 pounds; ascend and descend stairs.
