Job Summary

Join Carvana as an Experienced Heavy Body Technician performing extensive auto bodywork on multiple vehicle panels in a high-tech inspection center. You’ll handle heavy plastic welding/stapling, metal pulling/straightening/shrinking, roof and rocker panel repair, and stud welding (including Bondo repair). This role also includes training other autobody technicians, with a $33–$41 hourly pay range and a $6000 bonus, plus strong benefits and tool/ASE support.

Key Responsibilities

•Train other autobody technicians while performing extensive bodywork on multiple panels.
•Perform heavy plastic welding/stapling and stud welding as part of large-area repairs.
•Complete heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and related repair processes.
•Handle roof and rocker panel repair and other heavy bodywork tasks.
•Perform large area heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair.

•Experience with heavy bodywork on multiple panels, including welding and metal repair tasks.
•Ability to use required safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask).
